Please tell us a little bit about yourself.
I have been an Allison Transmission Technician for the last 20 years. I’m happily married to my soul mate and have 3 great kids. Basically if it’s fast, I’m in. “You can’t get enough speed!”
How did you first get interested in this hobby/passion?
I took a ride with my uncle in his orange GTO Judge at age 10 and I was hooked on speed for life!
What Rides do you currently own?
A 2003 S10 Extreme, A 1972 VW Baja Beetle, A 1979 Malibu Wagon “Future sleeper with a 540 BBC”, A 2003 Chevrolet Express 3500 work van, and a 1974 Taylor jet boat with 460 BBF currently being restored.
What do you like most about your Cool Rides?
The satisfaction of showing them off once all of the work is done.
What is the best memory you have with your favorite ride?
My favorite ride was a 1972 Pro Street 240Z Datsun with 406 SBC and 2 stages of NOS. My favorite memory was the first high 8 second 1/4 mile pass; I stayed in the car 10 minuets after I shut it down.
How do you store your ride(s) during infrequent use, and what maintenance tips can you provide for readers?
I keep my rides in a 40×60 shop, and keep them covered even inside.

A 1976 Pontiac Trans Am
What is/was the BEST car ever made?
The Mclaren F1
What is/was the WORST car ever made?
