I am 68 years old & still rockin. I have been in the Car Show scene for 17 years now. I live in Tennessee and am originally from California. I once wrote a car book, called THE MOTHER OF ALL CAR BOOK, it has been reviewed by Jay Leno & Alan Jackson.
How did you first learn about Cool Rides Online?
While I was Surfin the Web.
What Cool Rides do you currently own?
A 2003 Chevy Silverado SS Limited Edition, License RODSTOY, in Victory Red.
Now tell us a little about your favorite “Cool Ride”; what makes it special?
I have made several changes, including: Red Hoses on the Engine, CJ Wheels, Chrome Pipes, Custom Tunneau Cover, Sprayed Bed, Tinted Windows, Custom Floor Mats, and a Chrome Brake & Gas Pedal.
What’s next for your Cool Ride? Planning additional work for it or maybe a special trip/cruise?
A ’34 Ford Coupe Streetrod is next on the list.
What was the most difficult modification you’ve completed on any of your Cool Rides?
Getting my Red Hoses cut & secured.
What’s your favorite memory involving your Cool Ride?
Just a couple: Winning a Top 10, being in 27 Shows, trophied 26 times. Not a Trailer Queen.
What is your dream car to own if money was not an issue?
Another 32 Ford Coupe Streetrod.
Taking care of collector vehicles is not easy. Do you have any special tips on how to take care of your Cool Rides in and out of storage?
I keep mine Garaged at all times.
