Each month the Cool Rides Online team and sponsors select FIVE cool rides to feature. The featured cars, trucks and bikes will each receive an award and care package filled with products valued at over $150. The featured rides compete against each other via online poll for the honor of being chosen as the Cool Rides Online, Ride of the Month! Barbara Ianucci’s  1954 Plymouth Belvedere

STA-BIL-Barbara Ianucci 1954 Plymouth BelvedereThis car came to our body shop and had not been started since 1982. We did a full restoration, and in the middle of being restored, the owner, Ralph Ianucci, was diagnosed with cancer. The car was finished and we entered it in it’s first show and it took first place. Ralph was able to drive this beauty just one time before his passing in March 2014. His wife Barbara will be taking it to shows this summer. I represent the Body shop that did the restoration. Rod Campbell’s 1966 Ford Mustang Coupe

104- ROD CAMPBELL 1966 ford MUSTANG COUPEI started this car from a shell and did a ground up NHRA spec build.  I had two friends help with this and we did all the goodies – frame connectors, frame reinforcements, straight front axle, 9″ rear(4.56), 10 point roll cage, 351C at 560hp, C6 trans with trans brake and lineloc, a total of about 1400 hours went into the build.  I did the body paint, interior, stripes and running 10 inch drag slicks with 4 inch front wheels.  The front aprons in the engine compart are cut out totally and roll tubing is used for reinforcement on modified frame horns, dual four tunnel ram with dual 500 edelbrocks on top.  This is a dream come true and the exciting part is to do the car oneself.  Life is blessed and to do this with buddies even more blessed and survive it as friends.  I hope everyone enjoys the picture as much as I enjoyed building this classic/vintage GASSER.  It will be raced and shown at local events.  I have plenty of great pictures upon request.

Heet-Bob Bottari 1941 Plymouth CoupeThis is my 1941 Plymouth coupe.  The exterior paintjob was created with Woodland green metallic paint.  This bad boy has a 383/424 hp stroker enginge, with a 350 turbo Trans, 9″ ford rear with a 389 pos. It has a Fatman frontend with disk front/drum rear brakes, PS, PB, Vintage Air, and with Foose legends wheels as well as sporting a custom dash and interior.

SYE-Gil Gresham 1941 Chevrolet CabrioletThis 1941 Chevy Cabriolet runs a 261 GMC w/2 weber 2 bbl. on Offy intake, Comp Cam, 848 head, balanced & blue printed. It has Fenton headers, Weind valve & side cover with Tremec 5 speed Hurst shifter with custom handle, and a 3:55 nova rear.  It also has a Mustang II front by Chassis Engineering with 4 wheel disk brakes and with a corvette master cylinder. Includes rear disk with drum emergency brake. American mags with knock offs. I maintain the original seats in lipstick red leather. Autometer gauges. Restored Yankee directional signal. Top covered with Mercedes Benz convertible top material. All convertible irons have been chromed. All chrome redone & stainless re-polished with LED taillights. Magna Flow mufflers with echo cans.

Skip Guarino’s 1957 Chevrolet Nomad

303-Skip Guarino 1957 Chevrolet NomadThis car 1957 Chevrolet Nomad was originally bought as a parts car for my other Nomad. I was left with a 1957 Nomad shell that I couldn’t part with; after all “it was a ’57 Nomad”. Now the decision had to be made, what to do with the shell? Well I ultimately decided that the shell had to be done, and to do it Resto-Mod. The body was taken off the frame, and the frame was redone with tubular upper and lower A- arms with coil over shocks, front disc brake conversion, rack & pinion steering, front anti sway bar, rear pocket spring kit with 2″ lowering rear springs.

The power is a ZZ454, into a Fairbanks 400 with 2500 stall converter, B&M ratchet shifter, aluminum drive shaft with1350 cryogenically treated U-joints with Moser Gm 12bolt tru trac posi 33 spline axles with wellwood disc brakes. It has all Billet acc. with p/w, shaved door handles, electric rear gate. It is painted eggplant (purple/Blk) with an airbrushed trim. The interior is custom pearl white with purple flames, and carpet. Vintage A/C heat, cd,dvd,backup camera.
