How to make your car’s interior as stunning as its exterior

RedCarInteriorAnyone who has a classic car knows that they should make sure their chariot is sparkling before hitting the streets this spring and summer. After all, if you put the effort into making sure that your hot rod is in pristine driving condition, you want to make sure your antique ride sparkles like a factory-fresh model. However, just because your car may be shining on the outside, how the interior of your ride looks is just as important. There’s nothing more disappointing than seeing a beautiful car in traffic only to realize when you approach  that its interior is really showing its age.

Just because you may not bring your hot rod to car shows or display it in competitions, that doesn’t mean no one’s going to be checking out your interior. And if you really want to get the most out of your refurbished ride, you’ll need the cockpit to be comfortable too. This is especially true if you have a convertible – don’t embarrass yourself when you take the top down, making it seem like all of the work you conducted was only skin deep.

Owners of the best classic cars maintain their interiors using the 303® Products line to keep their upholstery in showroom condition and their dashboards shining.  303® Automotive Protectant  is the perfect all-purpose product for any car owner as it can be used to protect almost any part of your car’s interior or exterior.

303AutoProtectantInside your classic sports car, you can use these wipes to protect your leather upholstery from the sun’s damaging rays. This is especially useful in a convertible or if you leave your car parked for an extended period of time without its cover. Your leather seats may not only lose their coloring if exposed to UV rays, but could also dry out and become more prone to cracking. This cracking is both unattractive and extremely uncomfortable to sit on, making your time behind the wheel less than ideal.

What’s fantastic about the Protectant Wipes is the fact that after you use them to wipe down your leather upholstery they can make your Vinyl convertible top shine like the day you bought it. This is why these wipes have earned the title of “The World’s Most Manufacturer-Recommended Product.”

After you’ve taken care of your seats, make sure to use your wipes across your dashboard and on the console between the driver and passenger seats to guarantee that the colors in your car are uniform throughout. This will extend the lifetime of your interior details, which is especially useful in vehicles that already have rare, antique interiors that are identical to the original production accents.

If you don’t have leather seats, try using the 303® Fabric Guard™ to protect your upholstery from UV rays and mildew from building up.

By taking care of your classic car interior, you are ensuring that you’re driving one of the best classic rides on the road, inside and out. but also from spills or scuff marks that may arise from wear and tear. This will be especially helpful if you forget to put your convertible top up before an unexpected afternoon shower – the water repellent formula in this product is designed to make water slide right off the seats, preventing mold or mildew from building up.
