About the 2014 Cool Rides Online Summer Scavenger Hunt

Back in May, Cool Rides Online unveiled a summer photo contest. Cool Rides fans were asked to take pictures of a unique ride in various categories and post them to the forum. The more pictures posted, the higher the end score. Some of the funniest categories included a picture at a favorite diner or with a clown.

The rules stated each participant had to create a personal thread on a CRO Forum and post photos. There was no limit concerning the number of pictures posted. Each challenge was worth a different amount of points. The hunt ended on Labor Day.

CRO Forum Entries

Numerous entries were received on the CRO Forum. Some of the coolest rides included a 1970 Buick GSX, 1961 Buick LeSabre Hardtop, and a 1969 El Camino SS396. The contest was a complete success and generated a great deal of excitement in the community. Hopefully, it becomes an annual event that continues each summer.
