Cloquet Annual July 4th. Parade and Car Parade

DSC00346This was the Annual July 4th Parade and Car Parade held in my home town.  There were approximately 5,000 spectators at the parade.  The event was broadcast live on our local radio station. This event signals the start of the summer for most in attendance.  People from as far as a 50 mile radius attend the annual event.

Spectators that attend the show love the cars, all kinds and models. There was also a carnival in town with plenty of rides for the kids in Voyager’s park next to the St. Louis River. For the first time, this year KDAL 1230 AM was live at the parade.  The kids enjoyed the event, more importantly they enjoyed the candy. There were also local vendors that lined up the street and local merchants that had kid’s games.  The event also included plenty of family games.

The weather was great and the event over all was a massive success. Hope all the Cool Rides Online participants enjoy the pictures I sent.
