”Cruising Friends” were asked to return for another car show this year at Evergreen Knoll in Cloquet, Minnesota. It is a facility where a senior can choose their living arrangements from independent cottages, to apartments, to assisted living .
We were greeted by the staff and were asked to park our cars in a reserved area blocked off from traffic. We visited with residents as they viewed our cars.
The residents relived ”the good ‘ole days” and retold stories from their past. Many laughs were exchanged during the beautiful conversations.
We were treated to a new hat, a picnic dinner, and root beer floats for dessert. What an enjoyable evening with no mosquitoes to slap up.
A great evening of fun and fellowship was enjoyed by all. Thanks Evergreen Knoll staff and residents.
